Commercial Growth & Technical Infrastructure
I've spent seven years working at the intersection of complex infrastructure and commercial delivery. I've designed fibre networks, built fire protection systems, and managed projects that couldn't afford to fail. Now I use that experience to drive growth.
Most people in business development can tell you what the product does. I can tell you how it works, why it fails, and what it actually costs to deliver properly. That's not a side skill. That's what separates me in every commercial conversation I have.
I spent seven-plus years at Civtec, Zero Fire, Chorus NZ, and Tekin Industries doing the real work. Designing infrastructure, managing procurement, coordinating delivery, keeping projects compliant and on margin. I've been in the technical meeting and the commercial one, and I know which conversations actually move things forward.
Now bringing that same thinking to commercial growth in sustainable infrastructure and resource recovery, focused on building the kind of B2B relationships that hold up beyond the first contract.
Each area below represents years of hands-on delivery, not a line on a CV.
Real infrastructure. Real constraints. Real outcomes.
Not theory. Not adjacent. The actual work, hands on and accountable.
Whether it's a commercial partnership, a complex infrastructure project, or just a conversation about where things are heading. I'm open to it.
